Where do you deliver & what does it cost?
Delivery is available nationally in South Africa @ R75. Wrt other areas your shipping will be calculated based on your delivery address. This you will be able to see before check-out. Collection/pick-up is also available in Clubview, Centurion.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping is done through The Courier Guy
How do I care for my earrings?
Each pair of earrings is made from polymer clay. It is super lightweight and very durable, however please treat it with care:
-store in a safe place and avoid bending it
-do not submerge in water
-avoid contact with sunscreen and perfumes or other strong chemicals
-to spot clean, use a wetwipe
What do I do if there was a mistake with my order or my items arrived damaged?
Please email me at Connely@sunburstcreations.co.za and take a picture of the damaged item within 2 days.
How do I care for my crochet items?
You can hand wash or machine wash your crochet items in a zipped pillowcase or a laundry bag. You may lay it flat to dry.
What else should I know about my polymer clay earrings?
Each pair of earrings is made with great care. I do try my best to make sure that there is consistency but no pair will be the same and there may be slight variations in shape, size, and color.
